This was such a fun day, even if it started off super scary because Matt didn’t want to sit on the edge of a pretty sketchy cliff so I could get an awesome shot 😉 But hey, if you tell me that you rock climb I’m probably going to put that to the test… Just kidding your safety is ALWAYS number one, and if I know that you’re uncomfortable I’ll see it in your face and so will everyone else haha

I had a photographer contact me from Portland, MN, and she said that she wanted to come stay with me over on the West Coast and work with me while she was out here! So I knew that I needed to make it an amazing experience for her! Whenever someone travels into Oregon the number one place I take them to is the Columbia River Gorge. Rowena Crest is just breathtaking, and when you catch it on a day with a beautiful sunset like we did it will just take your breath away. Hands down, the BEST evening I have ever experienced here!

We upped the ante, and I invited my friend Gunnar with TrekFree Photography to come shoot a video as he’s trying to build his portfolio. We all adventured across this beautiful space for about 30 minutes, and got some epic content for these two before they tied the knot two weeks later.

Let’s say you have a friend coming in from out of state, and they said they wanted the FULL experience of your state. Where would you take them? I always take newbies to Oregon to the Columbia River Gorge because LOOK 🤩
